At Psiog Digital, were looking for a passionate Data Integration Lead to drive data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions for our global enterprise clients. What Youll Do : - Data Integration & Pipeline Development : Design and build robust, scalable, and secure data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SSIS. - Database Engineering : Write complex SQL queries, optimize data warehouse operations, and handle object creation and management in SQL Server. - ETL Project Execution : Lead end-to-end ETL and reporting projects, ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery. - Data Modeling : Apply strong knowledge of Transactional and Dimensional Data Modeling, Star Schema, and relationships among Facts and Dimensions. - Reporting & Visualization : Develop dashboards using Power BI and/or Azure Analysis Services to support business decisions. - Databricks Mastery : Implement Spark-based transformations, dynamic/parameterized pipelines, and leverage Unity Catalog for governance, auditing, and security across workspaces. - Quality & Testing : Review code, write and validate test cases, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or quality issues. - Consulting & Communication : Interact directly with clients to gather business requirements, consult on technical solutions, and document system/data flows. - DevOps & SDLC : Work with Azure DevOps, manage version control, and follow CI/CD best practices. - Leadership : Guide developers and testers, perform code/design reviews, and lead cross-functional discussions. What Were Looking For : - Experience : 57 years in data engineering, ETL development, and data integration projects. - Database Proficiency : Advanced SQL skills, performance tuning, and database management in SQL Server. - ETL Tools : Strong hands-on with ADF, SSIS, Databricks, or Airflow. - Visualization Tools : Experience with Power BI and/or Azure Analysis Services. - Modelling Concepts : Deep understanding of data warehouse modeling, especially star schemas and dimensional modeling. - Azure Expertise : Real-world experience in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Unity Catalog. - Project Experience : Must have worked on at least one full lifecycle of an ETL or Reporting project. - Communication : Strong client-facing communication skills (written & verbal), and the ability to express technical solutions clearly. - Bonus Skills : Python scripting, Git/Repos, Azure DevOps pipelines.
