SAP Make Functional Analyst - ECC/S/4 HANA Module

Experience : 7 Years Location : Hyderabad Notice Period : Immediate Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Make Functional Analyst with extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution, Inventory Management and Quality Management functionalities including Production Execution, Product Labelling and Plant Maintenance. The role is critical in identifying gaps in our regional template and assisting in building a global template. A Day in the Life : - Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions. - Configure, customize, and maintain SAP Make modules, including but not limited to, MRP, Product Labelling, Calibration Management, Quality Management. - Design, configure and maintain integration with other modules like FI, SD, MM, APO, and PP. - Provide expertise in SAP best practices and advise on system optimizations and enhancements. - Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run. - Work with other functional leads in the IT team to ensure that the functional design and configuration in the areas of SAP Make align with SAP best practices. - Perform system integration activities ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. - Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Make area and integrations. - Provide user training and support during project implementations and post-go-live phases. - Stay updated on SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems. Must Have : Requirements : - 7 years of experience with a bachelors degree or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree or equivalent work experience. - Strong hands-on experience as an SAP Make Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. - Experience with SAP upgrade and S/4HANA implementation. - Experience with Manufacturing Execution in SAP ME and MII is a plus. - Experience with Global rollouts. - Strong virtual communication skills, capable of interacting across all levels of Business and IT organizations. - Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Nice to Have : - Prior Pharma and/or Medical Device experience is desired. - Experience with Lab data management systems and processes. - Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology (ref:hirist.tech)
