You Deserve a Job You Love! Volt is hiring an Inventory Warehouse Specialist for a local leading manufacturing organization in Burlington, WA. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity. As an Inventory Warehouse Specialist, you will: Organize and store raw materials and finished goods in a safe manner. Understand the warehouse process from receipt of goods to shipment to the customer. Track inventory within our ERP system (Business Central). Receive products from delivery. An Inventory Control Specialist candidate must meet the following requirements for consideration: Verify that the quantity and quality of goods received are consistent with the receiving slip; check against suppliers' count and immediately report discrepancies. Safely offload and store goods in the appropriate location using a forklift. Enter all goods received into the business system daily. Maintain inventory controls and manage the periodic inventory count in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure delivery of packages to the appropriate owner. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner. Deliver raw materials to the production floor from the warehouse as required. Establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with freight carriers and suppliers. Organize and clean the shipping and receiving areas as required. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Skills and Traits: Ability to package materials appropriate to their shipping or storage methods. Working knowledge of raw materials, warehouse, and production scheduling. Strong forklift skills, including driving vehicles indoors and outdoors. Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail. Ability to communicate in written and spoken English. Good communication skills. Education and Experience: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Possess a valid driver's license. Current forklift certification. Preferred: Experience within the warehousing industry. Flexibility in work hours/schedule. ERP knowledge.
