Job Description Job Description Logistics: Monday through Friday; 5 hours per day Job Description: Provide a welcoming and engaging experience for guests, prioritizing interaction over tasks. Create a high-energy, fun, and dynamic shopping environment. Communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members. Maintain a neat and organized store, ensuring product availability and visual presentation meet company standards. Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries, markdowns, and stage sets. Stay informed about company resources, discounts, and initiatives to assist team members. Meet sales and productivity goals through exceptional guest service and effective sales techniques. Process transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures. Basic Requirements: 3-5 years of retail experience as a Sales Associate or similar role. Proficiency with POS systems and adaptability to new technologies. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to upsell and enhance guest experiences. Professional appearance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability for various shifts. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed. Capability to stand for extended periods. Move and handle merchandise and store fixtures. Preferred Qualifications: Retail management experience. Previous theatre merchandise experience. Familiarity with the client's brand and luxury retail experience. Education: High school diploma required.
