This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some HR experience, such as an internship, who is looking to build a career in Human Resources. Job Description: As a Temporary HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department by organizing files, maintaining records, and handling paperwork. Assist in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping related to employee information and processes. Recruitment Assistance: Collaborate with HR staff to coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary screenings of candidates. Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing smooth communication and timely resolution to their queries. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws by assisting in policy formulation and implementation. Qualifications: Experience: Some form of HR experience is highly preferred, such as an internship. Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.
