Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Community Relations Director | Marketing Director Location: Visalia, CA Salary Range: $64,480 – $86,320 Annually (Base salary, excludes commission & bonuses) Learn more about our benefits: Benefits | Living Care Lifestyles About the Role: Are you a dynamic, relationship-driven marketing leader with a passion for senior living and community engagement? We're looking for a Community Relations Director | Marketing Director to lead internal and external marketing efforts, build strong referral networks, and help us achieve and exceed our community occupancy goals. What You'll Do: Marketing & Outreach Develop and execute quarterly marketing strategies based on competitive analysis and market trends. Lead community outreach initiatives and plan engaging events to build awareness and interest. Oversee community advertising efforts and maintain up-to-date marketing materials. Sales Management Drive census goals through strategic sales planning and execution. Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to move-in. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, tours, contacts, and activities. Provide regular reporting and maintain a strong pipeline and waitlist of potential residents. Leadership & Training Set the tone as a professional, service-driven role model within the community. Train staff on customer service, tour best practices, and marketing communication. Support management team with departmental goals and budget adherence. Participate in the Manager-on-Duty rotation as needed. Operations & Compliance Uphold residents’ rights and company values in all aspects of the role. Attend all required meetings and trainings. Maintain health and safety certifications as required by state and company policy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Marketing and business development experience in senior housing or real estate preferred Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of sales/marketing principles and CRM software proficiency Professional, polished, and proactive in public-facing roles Valid CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers certification required (or willingness to obtain) Must meet all pre-employment screening requirements Important Notes: Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Visalia, CA Relocation assistance is not provided If you're a passionate storyteller, connector, and community builder who thrives in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
