Role: Packaging Supervisor Location: Monson, MA Full Time We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring Your Impact: Lead packaging team in preparing, trimming, sorting, filling, packing, and labeling cannabis products Oversee packaging inventory documentation and accuracy Operate machinery to fill vape cartridges and/or pre-rolls Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure efficient order fulfillment Train new packaging associates on daily tasks Your Strengths: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams. Demonstrated knowledge of cannabis packaging methods. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems. Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
