Job Title: marketing manager Base: Sunnyvale Responsibility 1.Lead the development of the Company’s global marketing strategy, integrating online/offline resources (industry summits, digital marketing, content marketing, partner ecosystems, etc.), aiming to increase brand awareness in the enterprise AI field by 300% within 3 years.​ 2.Build a data-driven market analysis system to deeply understand digital pain points of enterprise clients (finance, manufacturing, retail, etc.), collaborate with product teams to optimize market positioning, and publish annual industry whitepapers and solution guides. 3.Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, including new product launches (e.g., AI middle platforms, intelligent customer service systems), benchmark client case roadshows, and technical webinars. 4.Manage global marketing budgets, dynamically optimize channel strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn precision marketing, SEO/SEM). 5.Collaborate closely with R&D, customer success, and sales teams, participate in product roadmap planning, ensure real-time feedback of market insights and client needs into product iteration. Qualification Industry Experience : 5 years of marketing management in tech enterprises (SaaS/AI/enterprise software), with preferred experience in building global brands from scratch.​ Digital Marketing Expertise : Proficient in marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot), familiar with enterprise client decision-making chains, and skilled in optimizing acquisition funnels through A/B testing.​ Technical Acumen : Quick grasp of the commercial value of AI technologies (NLP, machine learning, etc.), ability to translate technical language into client pain point solutions.​ Global Mindset : Adaptable to multicultural environments, experienced in cross-timezone collaboration, fluent in English (business-level written/spoken).​ Results-Driven Mindset : Expert in breaking down goals with data, capable of end-to-end execution from strategy to implementation, strong stress tolerance.
