Maintenance Manager (90-120K) We’re partnering with a well-established machine shop in the Syracuse, NY area seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee both facilities and equipment maintenance operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing leadership, planning, and technical problem-solving in a supportive team environment. Duties and Responsibilities : Lead and develop a team of Maintenance & Facilities Technicians Plan daily and long-term maintenance activities Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment Manage parts inventory and track key performance metrics Background and Experience : Proven leadership in a maintenance environment—both equipment & facility-related Electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment Capable of managing team workflow while staying hands-on when needed For immediate consideration, submit your resume to techjobs@cpsrecruiter.com ​tech123
