They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers, business partners, and drivers. Your role will involve supporting the efficient handling of customer inquiries, processing damage claims, and maintaining accurate data entry. Opportunity: 25-week contract Compensation: $18/hour Schedule: Monday-Saturday 9am - 5:30pm; Thursday off Location: Newark, NJ Responsibilities: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues Monitor progress of delivery routes Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders Qualifications: 1 years of related experience preferably within a call center environment High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues CRG Benefits CRG Contractors who work an average of 30 hours per week are eligible to elect benefits through CRG after 90 days of employment!
