HR Advisor - Local Authority

My client in West Sussex are looking to appoint a talented HR Advisor on a Contract basis. You will work with HR Senior Business Partners and HR Business Partners to support the delivery of Directorate/Service People Plans, ensuring that accurate and proactive HR advice is delivered to managers and employees. What's on offer: Salary: £17-£22 per hour, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working (2/3 days on site) Contract type: Contract Hours: 18.5 hours per week About the role: Based in West Sussex (Hybrid): Focus on the provision of comprehensive and proactive HR generalist advice and guidance to managers to deliver HR policies and procedures across all aspects of Employee Relations You will provide a contact point for managers and employees to ask for general advice and support referring more complex issues to the HR Senior Business Partners You will have good interpersonal skills to be able respond to manager and employee enquiries About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar role.
