Technical background and strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repairs. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid drivers license and relevant certifications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department. Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction through timely, professional service. Drive profitability through effective workshop loading and parts sales. Supervise and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and manufacturer standards.
