Our services span eCommerce strategy, content optimization, retail operations, data and analytics, and international expansion. We seek a Retail Project Manager to lead and oversee complex product cataloging operations across multiple regions and marketplaces . This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of retail content workflows and platform requirements, who can manage cross-functional teams while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance at scale. You will be key in driving operational efficiency and maintaining high product data and content delivery standards. What You’ll Do Project Management: Lead and coordinate the end-to-end cataloging process across various online marketplaces and regional teams. Marketplace Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate publication of product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, and others. Quality Assurance Oversight: Conducted and supervised QA audits to ensure all listings met platform-specific content, compliance, and brand standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact between content creators, operations, and retail partners to maintain alignment and efficiency. Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps and inefficiencies, and implement strategies to streamline cataloging processes and enhance scalability. Platform Compliance: Stay current with listing requirements and best practices across platforms and regions, ensuring adherence to ever-evolving standards. Bulk Management: Oversee mass uploads using platform-specific templates or bulk tools, and monitor listing status through spreadsheets or project tracking software. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product listing errors and coordinate with support teams or account managers to ensure quick resolution. What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital retail, or content/catalog project management. Familiarity with major online marketplaces and backend tools (e.g., Seller Central, flat files, or PIM systems). Strong attention to detail and experience performing quality assurance on large volumes of product data. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across teams and time zones. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data validation). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. English fluency (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
