As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be part of an innovative team working to develop world-class solutions for customers using the ServiceNow platform. Will participate in business, process, and technical consulting services to clients; will contribute to the design and delivery of technical solutions, including customization of package-based solutions, data design and conversion, technical focus testing and configuration of technical infrastructure components; and act as a technical coordination of a team. You will contribute your ServiceNow skills and expertise as an enterprise solution to support our customers to get more value from your platform by supporting the definition of an evolution roadmap. Responsibilities: You will be part of a team of ServiceNow experts who deliver ServiceNow solutions to multiple customers. Participate in customer workshops and requirements gathering to build requirements and design solutions. Advise and make recommendations on the proposed solutions. Developing in ServiceNow the solutions defined to meet the requirements defined with a high-quality standard, including configuration, scripts, tests, customer demos, UAT and go-live support. Guide and train more junior team members Producing documentation and training material for the implemented solutions. What do I need to succeed? The ideal candidate should have experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment for the ITSM module. Additional knowledge in ITOM and/or SPM will be very appreciated. Scripting skills like Java Script, HTML and XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, Angular JS are highly advantageous An understanding of service management concepts, principles, and delivery assurance procedures. A high level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and preferably experience in building custom applications and integrations with other platforms. Ideally, you will have obtained some of the following certifications ServiceNow Certified Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Additional specialized ServiceNow certifications or experience such as CSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SPM, SAM - HAM, SecOps - IRM, RH, would be an advantage ITIL Foundation / PMP / SCRUM will be a differential You will need to have communications skills, both written and oral, the ability to present solutions to customers, including senior management, and be highly focused on providing consistent customer service. Able to work as a team or individually to design timelines, you will need to be proactive, creative, and able to research solutions and make recommendations, willing to learn and face new challenges. You will need the ability to work remotely from your home and also occasionally travel to client locations for meetings and workshops or work at client locations for periods when needed. Mandatory Skills Description: • Knowledge in implementing ServiceNow or similar platforms, in at least one of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping) and/or any other IT Workflows modules. • Knowledge in maintaining ServiceNow platform integrations with other systems such as ERPs, monitoring systems, other ITSM solutions, etc. • Knowledge of ITIL and agile methodology. • Knowledge in JavaScript, • CSA certification. • Fluent in Spanish and Business English. Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Desirable: • CIS ITSM • CIS-Disco and/or CIS-SM certification. • ITIL V3 or 4 Foundations certification • Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, Jelly Script. Integration of SOAP, REST web services. • Ability to execute activities operational support on the ServiceNow platform or similar. Soft skills determining this position: • Communication skills and interpersonal relationships in different layers. • Experience in making presentations / Workshops. • Have emotional intelligence to deal with the different situations of friction that can occur during a project.
