You will align business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Define the framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tools and platforms based on TDB and strategy (incl. SaaS) Provide a clear vision for platform requirements regarding quality, security, cost, and viability Maintain architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring accuracy Define high-level tech strategy, vision, and roadmap (6, 12, 18 months), aligning with domain strategies Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in analysis Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log Document high-level targets at the domain level within the Tech Strategy Engage with the business community on program discoveries Act as SME for cross-business process implementations across platforms Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis Support Product Community to ensure delivery outcomes Stay informed of changes outside delivery teams without hierarchical control over Solution Architects Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution Maintain platform integrity in all delivery outcomes Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies Advocate frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events Enhance current architecture framework for Java and Angular platforms Join us during this exciting transformation to become a leading travel services provider.
