Position Summary As a Sales Leader, you are responsible for maintaining customer service standards and resolving operational issues when the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader are unavailable. You create an environment of possibility, positive energy, and playfulness. Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities Establish excellent customer service standards and lead by example. Collaborate with and lead the sales team in setting priorities, daily tasks, and responsibilities. Identify and communicate team and store needs to the leadership team. Support store operations and engage customers with the product creatively. Assist in back-of-house functions and store merchandising. Mentor and train team members, supporting their growth. Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise presentation. Ensure a safe and clean store environment. Compensation Starting at $18/hr, dependent on experience, with benefits including clothing allowance and wellness reimbursement.
