The Role: Part-Time Client Advisor with a Fixed Term Contract in Florence At Stone Island, we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Client Advisor with a Fixed Term Contract to join our team as soon as possible at our Florence – Via Vacchereccia 18/20 store. The Day-To-Day: Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the brand's quality standards; Act as a brand ambassador, representing Stone Island's image within the store; Welcome, advise, and assist customers, both international and local; Present the Stone Island universe by detailing its collections; Provide personalized advice tailored to customer expectations; Keep the store and stockroom organized, receive goods, and handle returns at season's end; Handle customer complaints and sales processes appropriately, contributing to a positive shopping experience. Key Qualifications: Experience in sales roles within Fashion Retail or Hospitality; interest or studies in Fashion-related courses are a plus. Experience in Luxury and Contemporary Retail is advantageous; Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs); Service-oriented with team spirit and the ability to work independently; Reliable, punctual, flexible to work weekends; Fluent and sophisticated in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus; Openness to new technologies.
