Responsibilities Manage the premises, reporting directly to the General Manager. Oversee onboarding processes, HR management, performance, and results, with support from the Group HR Department. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluent in English; German language skills are preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
