Position: L'Erbolario Franchising Società Benefit Sb srl is seeking a Store Manager to join a prestigious retail location in Sanremo (IM). The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the team, promoting the brand image, and maintaining high service standards to foster customer loyalty. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent Customer Experience through brand storytelling, assisted selling, Visual Merchandising, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Achieve store results by monitoring sales data and store performance, proposing commercial initiatives to meet targets, and optimizing productivity and efficiency; Lead and manage the team to meet sales goals and KPIs; Greet each customer and deliver the best Customer Experience; Support customers with product knowledge and purchasing assistance. Requirements: Degree or knowledge related to Nutrition Sciences, Biology, Natural Sciences, with at least 3-4 years of team management experience in modern retail environments (preferably in herbal shops, perfumeries, beauty, or para-pharmacies); Passion and knowledge of cosmetics, proactive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset; Understanding of key retail KPIs and reporting tools; Proficiency in English or Spanish.
