Customer Service Executive (Travel Industry)

Job Title: Operation FIT Specialist TBO.COM, an international award-winning travel tech organization, is seeking top talent for the role of Operation FIT Specialist in the Travel Industry to join our team. Job Description: Operational handling of online reservations for hotels, flights, car rentals, transfers, etc. Coordinate offline requests with internal departments. Handle bookings and cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems. Receive incoming calls to assist travel agents using the platform and manage reservations with special requests. Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using outgoing calls to find and agree on the best resolutions. Creative, results-oriented candidate with the ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Operate multiple online systems simultaneously, providing service to travel agents. Responsible for solving operational and administrative cases/tasks from start to finish. Qualifications: Service-oriented personality with high communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian. Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented work style, capable of solving problems. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently by activating all resources. Experience working B2B with travel agents or business professionals in the industry. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, systems, and company procedures. Working proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work night shifts, evenings, and weekends. Ability to work as a VAT Consultant is a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
