We are seeking a HR Sales Account to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of Mistertemp Italy in the Florence area. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for HR and technology, along with solid experience in Employment Agencies or Recruitment and Selection companies. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong and lasting relationships. Promote services such as temporary work, recruitment, HR consulting, and human resource management. Provide comprehensive consultancy, including handling selections personally. Manage employees and handle administrative activities (hiring, attendance recording, quotes). Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in employment agencies. Degree in humanities, law, management, or economics. Excellent communication skills.
