JUNIOR LEGAL ADVISOR AREA EXPANSION FRANCHISING

Focused on international expansion, sustainability, and vertical integration, it is seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to join the Expansion & Franchising department. Support the Italy Expansion team in legal matters (commercial proposals, leases, acquisitions, and business branch rentals). Manage the contract portfolio (renewals, transfers, issues related to commercial real estate). Conduct jurisprudential research related to contractual cases. Provide legal support in managing potential disputes in the Franchising area. Hold a Law degree ( Giurisprudenza ) and have at least two years of experience in a law firm or company. Possess excellent knowledge of the English language , preferably in a legal context. Be passionate, enthusiastic, committed, energetic, and motivated.
