The roles focus on managing project execution, coordinating teams and external suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. Main Responsibilities: Manage tasks to achieve project goals according to the baseline. Define, lead, and coordinate team resources and external suppliers. Address customer concerns appropriately to resolve critical issues. Interface with all involved business units. Additional responsibilities for the Product Project Manager include: Coordinate warehouse activities related to spare parts management, repairs, and site activities. Manage product Non-Conformities according to internal Quality standards. Support analysis of equipment failures. Responsibilities for the System Project Manager include: Handle economic and financial aspects with support from finance. Manage EHS aspects for construction site access. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in project or product management roles. Knowledge of High-Medium Voltage systems and electrical substations. Technical degree or high school diploma preferred. Proficiency with project management tools. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel nationally (1-2 days/week).
