For a client in the ICT sector working on Telecoms contracts, we are seeking: Junior Data Center Technician We are looking for a profile, even junior with minimal experience, in electrical fields (cables, panels, etc.). Based on their knowledge of electrical systems, they will be integrated into the IT team and trained on ICT monitoring activities. Responsibilities: Assist in routine and extraordinary maintenance activities of the Data Center. Coordinate with suppliers for fault resolution and management. Monitor server alarms at the infrastructural level. Handle equipment movements and monitor inventory at the Data Center. Support external technicians and clients during their activities at the Data Center. Assist the 'Networks and Infrastructure' team in cable laying and related activities. Essential Electrical Knowledge: Sistema di alimentazione elettrica: requisiti, dimensionamento, ridondanza, distribuzione, sistemi UPS e di emergenza. Sistemi di raffreddamento e climatizzazione: tecnologie, distribuzione e compartimentazione. Sistemi antincendio: sistemi di rilevamento e spegnimento. Technical ICT Knowledge (training provided if not already possessed): Networking di base (e.g., LAN architecture, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS). Hardware di Server e periferiche.
