Job Description We are currently looking for a Senior Client Advisor/MTM Specialist for an important menswear boutique in Milan. Responsibilities Assist clients directly following the maison customer experience standards. Develop the MTM business for the assigned area according to corporate guidelines by consolidating existing client portfolio and building new commercial networks. Clienteling and Customer Service Guarantee high-level customer service. Manage the customer database and ensure data quality. Coordinate customer loyalty and contact activities. Experience Minimum 2 years in a similar position. Customer-centric mindset, teamwork, and digital skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
