Job Title Technical Support Specialist Job Description Technical Support Specialist You will act as a subject matter expert providing support and working on the resolution of escalated cases in Radiology Informatics systems ( RIS - PACS ) in Europe. Your role: You will work with innovative software solutions in Radiology Informatics, resolving technical barriers that are critical to improving diagnosis of patients and saving lives. You will utilize your technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot informatics solutions at any level (HW, SW, Database, Network). In this highly collaborative and customer-oriented role, you will work directly with customers in Europe to resolve technical issues based on escalated cases, collaborate with Customer Service teams, and work with R&D teams to improve solutions. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a highly competent European Customer Service team responsible for Europe HCIS (Healthcare Information Solutions) Incident and Problem Management, based in our Informatics Hub in Genoa. You're the right fit if you have: Educational background & Experience: Master's or bachelor's degree in Science (Informatics, Biomedical Engineering) or an equivalent combination of related experience and education. 2-3 years of experience in Informatics, especially as a systems administrator. Technical & Soft Skills: IT infrastructure components including Servers, Storage Appliances, Network Appliances, Security Appliances, and related technologies. Database experience (Oracle/SQL), Microsoft Server (2012/2016/2019), Hyper-V technologies. Knowledge of IT-related medical standards such as DICOM, HL7, and IHE (preferred). Excellent communication skills in English, with a passion for customer success and problem solving. How We Work Together We believe in teamwork.
