Job Description: We are currently looking for a Senior Client Advisor/MTM Specialist for an important menswear boutique in Milan. Responsibilities: Assist clients directly, following the maison customer experience standards. Develop the MTM business within the assigned area according to corporate guidelines by consolidating existing client portfolios and building new commercial networks. Clienteling and Customer Service: Guarantee high-level customer service. Ensure impeccable management of the customer database and data quality. Coordinate customer loyalty and contact activities. Experience: At least 2 years in a similar position. Customer-centric mindset, teamwork skills, and digital proficiency. Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
