Job Description
Experience : 10 to 13 years Location : Chennai Work Mode : Hybrid Position : Permanent Keyskills : Dynamics 365 CRM Development, Azure Functions, Power Automate, Plugins, Workflow PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS: - Actively participate in AGILE ceremonies (Standups, Retrospectives, etc.), ensuring proactive communication about challenges and opportunities. - Actively maintain Azure DevOps, ensuring timely estimation of user stories and accurate reflection of development task status. - Ensure adherence to SES coding best practices, proper code commenting, and regular check-ins of all solutions into the Azure DevOps Repo. - Maintain an extreme focus on ensuring compliance with Dynamics 365 evergreen concepts. - Ensure all code is performant and compatible with the Unified Customer Interface. - Focus on the quality of delivered functionality, performing thorough unit tests before handing over user stories for testing. - Support our periodic code review process, constructively auditing colleagues and openly receiving and acting upon feedback for your deliveries. - Maintain a service-oriented attitude, providing excellent service to product owners and scrum masters. - Provide excellent service to colleagues and customers by troubleshooting and resolving bugs beyond Level 1 support. - Constructively challenge user stories where simpler or better alternatives may exist. - Automate development testing and release cycles. - Maintain an open mind and undertake development tasks outside of Dynamics 365, supporting our commercial application ecosystem, including Azure, Power Apps, and Flows, and potentially non-Microsoft environments. - Maintain an end-to-end view of application interfaces, including the delivery of Mulesoft APIs. - Assist and support junior developers and other team members. - Demonstrate openness to learning new technologies required by the department that fall outside the primary focus of this job description. - Execute Solution Upgrades and Manage the Full Solution Upgrade Process. - Support the department manager on Architectural, Security, and Development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to guide and mentor junior developers in the team. - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating a commitment to deadlines and a willingness to meet tight development schedules. - Service and customer-centric mindset is a must. - Knowledge and experience with User Interface (UI) Design is considered a plus. - Dedicated: displays strong commitment to SES's success and inspires others; demonstrates commitment and works hard to achieve goals. - Resilience: deals effectively with pressure; remains optimistic and persistent under difficult circumstances; recovers quickly from setbacks; adapts to change, delays, or unexpected events. - Self-starter: takes initiative and proactively identifies ways to contribute to team and wider SES goals; motivates self, completes tasks, and achieves goals. - Decisive: able to interpret information (even with ambiguity), make decisions, and clearly articulate the rationale. - Accountability: holds self and others accountable for individual and team results; accepts responsibility for mistakes; uses resources efficiently; demonstrates honesty and truthfulness. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to understand business requirements and work towards solutions. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. - Minimum 10 years of development experience, preferably on the Microsoft .Net stack, JavaScript, and ideally in business applications (other CRM/ERP systems are acceptable). - Minimum five years of developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with preference for recent experience on the cloud platform, including: - Customization and form scripting. - Administration/security role configuration. - Plugin and workflow development. - Business Process Flow configuration. - Sitemap and ribbon customization. - Power Apps and Flows development. - Azure-based Integrations (Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps). - Emphasis on Marketing and Sales apps. - Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB2-716 or similar) are considered a plus. - Openness to learning additional development platforms, including Mulesoft and Outsystems, as needed. - Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages (especially French or Portuguese) is an asset. - Willingness to travel internationally.
