Job Description : Experience : 5-8 years Notice period 15 to 20 days Industry experience Retail (customer insights, sales Have Skills : - Expert in Power BI development (DAX, data modeling, dashboards). - Strong retail analytics experience is Mandatory (customer insights, sales analysis). - Expertise in Python & SQL, statistical modelling. - Proficient in AWS ETL tools (Glue, Redshift, S3). - Proven project leadership and stakeholder management. - Preferably looking for a Delhi-based to Have Skills : - Experience with advanced analytics/ML and Power BI administration. - Advanced Analytics like Deep learning, NLP and Gen AI. - Relevant certifications (Power BI, AWS) Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and collaboration. - Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. - Leadership and mentoring Responsibilities : Data Analysis and Insight Generation : Analyze large datasets related to customer behavior, sales performance, and retail operations to identify key trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Power BI Development (Expert Level) : Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports, utilizing advanced DAX calculations and robust data modeling techniques to effectively visualize and communicate complex findings. Retail Analytics Expertise (Mandatory) : Apply your strong understanding of retail analytics concepts, including customer segmentation, churn analysis, basket analysis, sales forecasting, and campaign effectiveness measurement. Data Extraction and Manipulation : Utilize Python and SQL to extract, clean, transform, and prepare data from various sources for analysis and reporting. Statistical Modeling : Apply statistical modeling techniques to uncover deeper insights and support data-driven decision-making. AWS ETL Tools Proficiency : Leverage AWS ETL tools such as Glue, Redshift, and S3 to build and manage efficient data pipelines for analytics purposes. Project Leadership and Stakeholder Management : Lead analytics projects from initiation to completion, effectively managing timelines, resources, and communication with stakeholders across different business and Communication : Work closely with business stakeholders, including managers and team members, to understand their information needs, define analytical requirements, and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Problem Solving and Attention to Detail : Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all analytical work.
