Key Responsibilities Independently complete small- to medium-sized features and defects Participate in team planning activities Able to triage simple issues independently, and more complex issues with some assistance Participate in technical design and review of features, with guidance Consistently follow best practices and guidelines Help to mentor new team members Know how to prioritize your own work Understand the business supported by your applications Proactively communicate status and issues to their manager Propose ideas within the team to increase effectiveness through automation Focused learning to attain expertise in one or more technical areas Show a commitment to delivery deadlines, in particular seasonal and vendor partner deadlines that are critical to Best Buys continued success Basic Qualifications 3 years of relevant professional experience with a bachelors or associate degree, OR equivalent. Experience with front-end development using a modern JavaScript framework such as ReactJS or Angular Test automation with a modern JS framework such as Jest, Mocha, Selenium or Cypress Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment Experience with ReactJS for front-end development Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar technologies Experience using Cypress.io for test automation About Best Buy Best Buy India is a vibrant hub of tech talent, where we're driving innovation and accelerated business outcomes for Best Buy, our customers, employees and partners every day.
