Office Administrator Pay: £140-£160 per day Umbrella Full-Time, Contract Contract Length- 3 months, potential to be extended Location: Bristol (Victoria Street) Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (Office-based) Exciting opportunity for a join and support a team within a globally known, Gaming and Technology company! About the Role We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors Deliver proactive and responsive customer service across the business Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues Manage purchasing processes: raise purchase orders and submit goods receipts Support business travel arrangements Assist with general HR-related admin as needed Perform a variety of routine office tasks including: Managing internal and external correspondence Maintaining accurate records and reports Completing ad hoc administrative projects Ensure the smooth running of office operations, including: Liaising with suppliers and building management Ordering and monitoring office supplies Managing visitor logistics and courier services Organising catering and small internal events Supporting health & safety and office security procedures What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in office administration Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with shared goals Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well-organised, self-motivated, and reliable Positive, can-do attitude and flexible approach to tasks Able to work independently and take initiative, especially when working solo in the office Desirable Skills: Experience with SharePoint, SAP, or Workday Understanding of GDPR and experience handling confidential information Familiarity with basic office health & safety procedures Experience in coordinating diaries, travel, or team logistics If this sounds like you apply now or send your CV to ADZN1_UKTJ
