Job Title: Traffic Administrator Location: Southampton Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00 Sector: Transport & Logistics Salary: Competitive Excellent Benefits An Excellent Opportunity with a Leading Transport & Logistics Business TLP Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established and fast-growing transport and logistics company based in the Southampton area, who are looking to appoint an experienced Traffic Administrator to join their busy Traffic Office team. This is a full-time, permanent role ideally suited to someone with a strong background in customer service and administration within a fast-paced, operational environmentpreferably in logistics or transport. Key Responsibilities: Processing and managing customer invoicing Overseeing POD (Proof of Delivery) documentation Acting as the first point of contact for customer and internal queries Resolving invoice discrepancies and customer queries, including complex issues Managing fuel cards, and monitoring driver fines and parking infringements Supporting the continuous improvement of customer service delivery Compiling reports and analysing service data and customer satisfaction Providing general administrative support to the traffic team Recommending process improvements where appropriate Candidate Requirements: Prior experience in a customer-facing administrative role, ideally in a transport/logistics setting Strong invoicing and documentation control background Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly organised, detail-focused and confident under pressure Proficient with standard office software and admin systems A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Package & Benefits: Competitive salary 23 days' holiday bank holidays Company pension scheme Life insurance £28,000 p.a.
