As our Senior Chef de Partie, you will: Work closely with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes across our lounge and la carte menus. Supervise and motivate the team when required Take charge of your designated section, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate. Collaborate with the team to create new and exciting menu items. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. Help to train and mentor junior chefs. What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen. Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising quality. A strong team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
