Job Description

Payroll and Compliance Administrator Office based – Rainham Hours – Negotiable Salary – Competitive Prism 7 Resourcing are currently seeking a Payroll and Compliance Administrator to join us internally to assist the payroll team and cover maternity leave. This is an ongoing temporary role with the prospect to become permanent. Experience within a recruitment setting is preferred with a minimum of 1 year experience in a payroll and compliance role. Key Responsibilities: * Processing weekly timesheets on Time Sheet Portal * Managing new starters, leavers, and payroll amendments * Responding to client/candidate queries and providing payroll advice * Managing and processing annual leave for agency workers and internal staff * Weekly payment and invoice crosschecks * Client credit control * Assisting the recruitment team when required i.e. posting urgent job advertisements, CRM support and general back-office duties
