As a Desktop Loss Adjuster at Davies, you'll handle a variety of claims, supporting our Loss Adjusting team efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Claims Handling:Manage Domestic & Commercial claims, interpreting policy cover and conditions. Building Knowledge:Understand building structures, materials, and defects. Investigation:Conduct thorough investigations and interviews, obtain witness statements. Negotiation:Use advanced negotiation skills to settle claims. Customer Service:Provide expert advice to customers and clients. Compliance:Ensure all correspondence and database entries meet service standards. Skills & Experience: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Dependability and persistence. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Full driving license required. Insurance claims experience. ACII and ACILA qualifications are a plus.
