Description Lead, develop and implement product strategy in line with the company's vision and goals. Manage and motivate a high-performing team to ensure excellent execution of strategies. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with the marketing agency to ensure product alignment with brand guidelines. Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions on product development and enhancements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the retail industry. Ensure product compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of product launches. Foster a customer-centric approach within the team to enhance customer satisfaction.Profile A successful Head of Product should have: A strong background in product management within the Consumer Goods. Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and managing product roadmaps. Strong analytical skills and an ability to use data to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A customer-centric approach and a strong commitment to quality. A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
