Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will make sure that the company’s goals are set to meet across all its region: CDMX, State of Mexico, Guadalajara, Léon and Morelia Our candidata will be accountable for managing & achieve revenue targets into the assigned Region while developing a sales force team to improve team performance or business development. Will make sure their performance is successful so that the company can enjoy healthy profit. The position will work closely with all teams to make sure that all actions carried out by his team are aligned with our compliance regulations. Key Responsibilities: Execute effective sales strategies to drive growth within the Region, distribution channels and Customers while constantly looking for business opportunities and elaborate 12-18 months sales plans, for direct/indirect customers, monitor and analyze sales in the region ensuring that established objectives are met and adjust strategies as necessary. Supervise and validate Sales Executives work plan to maximize region performance trough POS execution, support regional negotiations and continuous tracking of required KPIs. Identify trends, opportunities, threats and regularly conduct competitor analysis to establish challenging SOM objectives to gain region leadership, while proposing or execute corrective actions as needed to improve performance. Maintain and develop strong business relationships with wholesalers, local/local distributors, retailers, third parties and Key Stake holders, ensuring good communication and problem resolution with internal or external customers. Closely work with Key Accounts, and functional departments like Marketing, Logistics and Finance to share learnings or improve customer service or shopper and patient communication as needed. Monitoring team performance with established KPIs and sales performance. Prepare regular reports and projections as needed on regional performance and elaborate Scorecards or create Ad-hoc reports for business insights or KPI tracking to do presentations for key stakeholders and corporate executives including main insights into the market, competitors, results, learnings, support required and next steps. Qualifications 4 to 7 years of experience in sales to wholesalers, distributors at a regional level, and managing a team of at least 3 to 5 people. Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads. Conversational English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work schedule: Remote; however, they will need to visit clients in the field and corporate offices where our clients are located for negotiations and business plan presentations.
