Objective: Implement the commercial and Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles (CPO) strategies within agent network, pursue targets fulfillment in terms of all segments (Top End Vehicle, Plug-In Hybrid, Electric Vehicles, Mercedes-Benz, Online) per dealer. Based in every single context, develop commercial action plans in conjunction with dealers to ensure optimal performance in sales operations. This position is responsible to develop and implement the CPO strategy inside the company and agent network. Day to day (main tasks): Provide consultancy and commercial advice to the assigned agents/dealer network to achieve retail sales targets. Ensure compliance with monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Continuous monitoring and analyze agent's/dealer's sales performance in relation to competitors and commercial indicators to optimize monthly results. Definition and coordination of action plans to ensure compliance with the improvements in the commercial operation in each agent/dealer and its' follow up to get the expected results. Analyze market potential and competition in each market place to develop, implement and follow up action plans. Implementation and development of MBMex's national and local sales strategies at each point of sale. Define the Certified Pre-Owned Startegy, aligned amongst all Mercedes-Benz Mexico departments. (Dealer development, Customer Services, Sales, Mercedes-Benz Mobility). Profile: Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration, Industrial Engineering, MKT. Previous experience: Automotive experience. Experience in automotive dealer/agent steering. Pre-owned vehicles (used car business) experience Languages : Intermediate English. · Location: CDMX (Santa Fe) · Local contract applies. · Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
