Financial Controller

Controlling Team Lead Role Description: As the Controlling Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and strategic planning of our manufacturing operations. You will lead a team dedicated to maintaining accurate financial records, developing forecasts and budgets, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. Your expertise will be crucial in driving digitalization and automation initiatives, ensuring our processes are efficient and forward-thinking. Responsibilities: Supervise a team of 4 employees, ensuring clear and accurate books and records. Lead strategic planning for forecasts and budgets, including the creation of special slide decks and templates. Prepare and present monthly financial reports, explaining variances against forecasts. Provide financial support to other functional areas, including investments, productivity measures, and inventory management. Develop presentations, profit/cash flow bridges, and monthly results for Factory Heads and Headquarters. Promote digitalization and automation within the team and processes. What will you need to succeed? Fluent in English. Strong analytical skills. Proven leadership abilities. Expert-level proficiency in Excel. Preferred knowledge of SAP or other MRP systems. Background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Significant experience in a senior role 8 years of experience as a Financial controller
