We’re hiring! Omron Automation Americas is looking for 3 energetic and focused Customer Care Associate (CAS) to join our best-in-class Customer Care team in Guadalajara ! If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! What you’ll do: Resolve customer inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. Manage orders from entry to client delivery. Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain) and external customers. Provide pricing, stock availability, lead times, and tracking information. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order management. Contribute to process improvement and innovation. What we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of customer service experience (B2B preferred). Proficiency in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel (ERP: JD Edwards preferred) Advanced conversational English and French required. French is desirable.
