Responsible for reviewing payroll and tax calculations. Reviewing the accounting policy and reports deliverable to the client. Sending the information agreed upon with the client within the established timeframe. Maintaining constant communication with the client. Guiding the staff under their supervision. The holder of this position is responsible for performing their work in a timely and efficient manner to deliver quality work as contracted by the client. Key Responsibilities Conducting advance planning for the activities of the clients under their charge. Reviewing the payroll calculations for each assigned client, in accordance with client policies, legal guidelines, and within the established timeframes. Sending information to the client in a timely manner. Reviewing the tax calculations for each assigned client, in accordance with legal guidelines and within the established timeframes. Instruct the trainee or junior to obtain the payment capture lines and send the statements, ID cards, capture lines, etc. to the client in a timely manner. Review the payroll reports agreed upon with the client, ensuring they reflect the results of the calculations correctly and send them to the client in a timely manner. Review and send the proposed annual calendar to clients. Review the SBC calculation and ensure timely submission of payroll increases, decreases, and salary modifications to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). Review the payment files agreed upon with clients and send them in a timely manner. Review the calculation of settlements and liquidations, in accordance with client policies and legal guidelines. Send them to the client. Ensure that the CFDI payroll stamping process is carried out within the legally established timeframes and as agreed upon with the client. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the payroll area. Technical Knowledge: Expertise in end-to-end processing of Mexican payroll, social security and social security, and payroll taxes. English: advanced (Mandatory) Software: Good command of MS Excel and Word (intermediate-advanced). Experience managing a payroll ERP, preferably Supernómina or SICOSS.
