Job Description
My consultancy client are seeking an experienced Fintech specialist Project Manager to join their team based in Brescia, Italy. Working on a hybrid basis, you would be required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week. The role: Acting as the primary point of contact both internally and for the client in the end-to-end management of projects. Analyzing, documenting, and validating client requirements and transforming them into functional specifications for product development. Defining and monitoring project timelines and progress methods in collaboration with the designated Technical Leader. Actively managing the definition and formalization of use cases and test scenarios and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)/Business Testing. Contributing to the drafting of proposals, feasibility studies, and the development of new business opportunities. Candidates must have the following skills / experience to be considered for the role: At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role, in the fintech sector. Strong knowledge of key banking and financial industry processes. Proven experience in team management, project planning, and activity monitoring. Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication skills. Good command of the English language.
