Tecnico Service Supervisor (Fiesco), Cremona Location: Cremona, Italy Company: Synergie Italia S.p.A., Divisione Permanent Retail We are seeking a professional for an important international company specializing in industrial automation . The role involves initially engaging in installation and maintenance activities of automated systems at client sites, including travel, even during night shifts . Subsequently, the role will evolve into more organizational and managerial responsibilities, such as planning service interventions , managing client requests, coordinating internal and external technicians , and analyzing malfunctions. The selected candidate will act as direct contact for clients in post-sales activities, monitoring issues and contributing to the prompt resolution of technical problems in collaboration with the technical office and production. Requirements include a technical diploma (preferably ITIS Mechanical or Electronic ) and prior experience as a service technician or maintainer on machinery and systems for industrial automation. Good knowledge of English , availability for short trips with flexible hours, and solid skills in electrical and electronic systems are also required. Additional qualities include strong organizational skills , customer orientation, autonomy in managing workflows, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
