Job Description

The ASM Italy & Greece is fully accountable for the sales leadership and direction of the GS business in the area. She / he is responsible to laterally lead the partner business in the respective markets to drive brand execution across all channels with the aim of setting, meeting and exceeding the overall targets. She / he is accountable for delivering exceptional client experience, brand visibility and operational excellence, thanks to the proper planning and implementation of the GS Distribution, Retail and Training strategy. Key Responsibilities Follow up and achieve the sales budget (in unit and value) on the concerned area Ensure the right presence and environment of the brand at the POS and digital level Monitor and ensure the quality and quantity of stock levels at the POS following the International Guidelines Responsible for opening or closing doors in the concerned area under the guidance of the GS Europe Sales Director Represent the brand throughout the territory, ensuring the quality and quantity of marketing the brand and products Manage trade / POS events in liaison with GS Europe HQ and Marketing department Coordinate logistics between POS and the Physical Distribution department Oversee watch orders during launch periods Support the market with materials and services from local headquarters for product launches, events, and promotions Provide latest information on activities, promotions, and material availability to POS Control local marketing activities and budgets under the guidance of GS Europe Maintain communication and follow-up with GS Europe headquarters Handle administrative tasks, organize information flow (incoming/outgoing) Organize client visits Train partner teams using GS training and eLearning tools Manage POS sales statistics Requirements Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus Basic understanding of marketing luxury consumer goods (ads, sales, distribution, pricing, communication, PR, POSM) Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% Ability to work in a team and make sound decisions Proficiency with digital tools and IT Open-minded, attentive listener Strong communication skills Reporting line Based in Milan Report to the Grand Seiko Europe Sales Director Start date: May 2025 J-18808-Ljbffr
