National Account Manager - Grocery

We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to fill the role of National Account Manager - Grocery in the Sales department, within the fast-paced world of food. *Client Details* Our client is a high-growth brand in the natural foods space. This established organization who prides itself on delivering high-quality consumer goods to millions of customers daily. *Description* * Achieve annualized revenue growth plan through a consultative selling approach and onboarding new accounts. * Manage and expand strategic HQ-calls across Conventional grocery accounts including, but not limited to, Publix, Wegman's, Wakefern, Ahold, Giant, and others. * Strategize and execute growth initiatives for current customers. * Lead the selling effort and manage current business. * Plan, execute, and evaluate trade spend programs that drive incremental growth. * Prepare annual sales plan and budgets by customer/channel and develop account strategies. * Consistently utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. * Develop and execute successful sales plans for new product launches. * Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, marketing, and operations. * Complete other duties as assigned. *Profile* A successful National Account Manager - Grocery will have: * 5 years of proven HQ-call experience selling into grocery. * Proven track record of sales success. * Preferably East Coast based * Exceptional leadership and team management skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. * Excellent analytical skills with a focus on sales performance. *Job Offer* * Competitive salary around $130,000-$140,000 with a 25% bonus. * Comprehensive benefits package. * Dynamic and collaborative company culture. * Opportunity to work in the fast-paced natural foods industry. * Continuous professional development and growth opportunities.
