Job Description Job Description WILLIAMS OVERMAN PIERCE, LLP, a regional accounting and consulting firm with offices in Greensboro, Raleigh, and Wilmington, currently has a position for a Tax Senior or Tax Supervisor. Responsibilities include: Assume tax preparation responsibilities for complex 1040s as well as business returns. Perform technical tax review. Ensure exceptional client service. Independently research tax issues. Supervise, develop, and train staff. Contact clients regarding tax issues. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Experience with CCH software and a paperless work environment a plus. CPA certification or progress toward CPA licensure strongly preferred. Multistate tax return experience a plus. Perform effectively in a team environment. Ability to work on multiple client engagements and adhere to deadlines. Excellent written and verbal skills.
