Chef – in a Nursing Home 8 Hours per week - 8am-4pm EVERY Sunday Hersham, Walton-on-Thames KT12 4ES £17.00/hr Working in a truly stunning 30 bed Nursing Home, for a market leading healthcare provider. You must have at least 2 years UK catering experience. WE ARE SORRY, BUT SPONSORSHIP OR CHANGE OF SPONSOR IS NOT AVAILABLE. AND THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CANDIDATES LOOKING FOR 20HRS A WEEK. You will be joining a fantastic group of homes. This is a brilliant role for a fantastic company. Roles available: • Permanent 8 hours per week (8am-4pm on EVERY SUNDAY) • £17.00 per hour • Rated 9.3 / 10 by CareHome Shift Pattern: • 8 hours per week between 7:00am - 8pm (Own transport Essential due to lack of public transport) Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare meals that are appetising, visually appealing and within budget. • Maintain accurate records of food orders and inventory. • Ensure that all food is stored, prepared, and served in a safe and hygienic manner. Skills and Attributes: • Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting. • Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to develop menus that meet dietary requirements. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. Education and Qualification: • Have a recognised catering qualification
