General Assistant,Barista needed at Contract Options

Contract Options is currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team in temporary roles such as Catering Assistants, General Assistants, Front of House, and Baristas. These roles are available in various locations across Reading and surrounding areas, including Thames Valley Park, Green Park, Maidenhead, Didcot, Oxford, Henley on Thames, and High Wycombe. Our clients' contracts include schools, care homes, hospitals, and canteens inside office buildings. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth operation in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in food preparation and catering duties as required. * Provide excellent service at front-of-house, interacting with customers and staff. * Prepare and serve beverages, particularly coffee, as a Barista. * Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. * Manage customer queries with a professional attitude. * Follow health and safety procedures during food preparation and service. * Work across multiple locations based on client needs. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Catering Assistant, General Assistant, Front of House, or Barista. * Driving license and car (required to travel to various locations). * Available to work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment. * Enhanced DBS check (Desirable but not essential. If you don’t have one, Contract Options can arrange it for you). * Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills. * Willingness to follow specific health and safety guidelines and regulations.
