Restaurant Manager - No Evenings Near Hinckley £36,000-£40,000 45 hours per week (4 week days and alternate weekend days) Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide our team. This role requires a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth running of kitchen and front-of-house operations. Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. * Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive dining experience. * Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
