Temporary Data Protection Administrator - Join a High-Impact Team! Location: Glasgow Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00-17:00 or 08:00-16:00 Pay: £12.60 per hour | Weekly pay Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temporary, Ongoing Are you an experienced administrator with a strong understanding of GDPR and Data Protection regulations? Ready to make a real difference while expanding your expertise in a critical compliance environment? We're looking for Data Protection Administrator's to join a dedicated team handling Subject Access Requests (SARs) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. In this key role, you'll help uphold individual's rights to access their personal data-ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and integrity every step of the way. What You'll Be Doing: Processing a variety of SARs and FOIs within legal deadlines Liaising with multiple departments to collate relevant documentation Drafting clear, compliant responses with appropriate redactions and explanations Collaborating with legal teams on complex or sensitive cases Managing confidential data across secure systems What You'll Need: Previous administrative experience-ideally with data protection exposure Solid knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion Ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to evolving policies and procedures Comfortable using multiple systems to locate and process data securely Training & Support: You'll receive full training during your first few weeks (typically 2-4 weeks), with ongoing support from a knowledgeable, collaborative team.
